What personal information do we ask for?

Whether you are booking a holiday, requesting a brochure, or joining our Online Newsletter, we will ask for your name, your postal address, your telephone and e-mail address.

If you are booking your holiday online, we'll also need your credit/debit card details (including card number, cardholder name, expiry date and start date for Mastercard) in order to take payment and confirm the booking on-line. If you're paying by debit card, we may also need to take the start date and issue number of the card.

How does Falcon and Sachz’s use this personal information?

Brochure requests & online newsletter:

We need your name, address and/or e-mail address so that we can send out your brochure order, and/or advise you of special offers/promotions we think you would be interested in. Online Bookings:

We need your name so we can confirm these details to the relevant hotels, airlines etc. who the booking is for.

We also need your address so that we can send you a confirmation invoice as well as your travel documents and in case we have to write to you about any part of your booking in advance of your holiday.

We would need your telephone number and e-mail address in the unlikely event that we need to contact you urgently about your booking.

We may also use this information to let you know about any special offers/promotions we think would be of interest to you.

We need your credit card details so that we can collect payment for your booking.

Information you supply to us will be passed to our suppliers (such as airlines, hotels, transport companies) and agents only where necessary for the purposes of booking your holiday. This may include the transfer of information outside the EEA (European Economic Area).

Will Falcon and Sachz disclose any of this personal information to third parties?
Falcon and Sachz will only disclose your name and booking details/holiday proposal to our suppliers for operational purposes. We will not pass on your details to other companies for marketing purposes.

We won't disclose credit/debit card numbers unless we believe in good faith that the law requires it.

How does Falcon and Sachz protect customer information? 

All the information you give us is protected by a secure server. The secure server software SSL (Secure Socket Layers) encrypts all information you enter before it is sent to us. The information is only de-encrypted when it reaches our server.

We also have a Firewall (security software) in place to protect our internal information from the Internet.

Our Data Protection Policy (Registration with ICO) 

If we collect any data about you, this is held under the UK Data Protection Act. We will not pass on any information about you to any third parties unless it is to contact you directly about any booking you have made with us. Those on our emailing lists may elect at any time not to receive any future marketing information from us, to have their details blocked from our mailing lists, or to request details of the personal information held. For the purposes of the Data Protection Act 1998, we are a data controller. This privacy policy sets out how Falcon and Sachz Limited (we, us) collect and use the personal information (“personal data”) you provide us with directly or through use of our website. In order to process your booking or respond to an enquiry, we need to collect personal data from you. As referred to below, our websites uses “cookies” which will also collect personal data. Depending on what’s required, the personal data we collect may include names and contact details, credit / debit card or other payment information and special requirements such as those relating to any disability or medical condition which may affect holiday arrangements and any dietary restrictions which may disclose your religious beliefs (“sensitive personal data”). All references in this privacy policy to personal data include sensitive personal data unless otherwise stated.

Suitable personal data will be passed on to the relevant suppliers of your preparations / any Third Party Supplier / any other third party (including banks and/or credit card issuers) who need to know it so that your holiday can be delivered. The information may also be provided to government / public authorities such as customs or immigration if required by them, or as required by law. Certain information may also be passed on to security or credit checking companies. On occasions, we may use other companies to provide services on our behalf, such as mailing newsletters and marketing material. We only provide third parties with the personal data they require in order to deliver their services. Other than in relation to government / public authorities (over whom we have no control), we will take suitable steps which are intended to ensure that anyone to whom we pass your personal data for any reason agrees to keep it secure, only uses it for the purposes of providing their services and does not collect any personal data from you in the course performing their services. If we cannot pass personal data to the relevant suppliers / Third Party Supplier / any other third party, whether in the EEA or not, we will be unable to fulfil you’re booking. In making your booking, you consent to personal data being passed on to the relevant parties.

Your personal data may be stored, used and otherwise processed within the UK and / or any other country / countries of the European Economic Area (EEA). EEA countries are all member states of the European Union together with Norway, Iceland and Liechtenstein. We may also store, use or otherwise process personal data outside the EEA. Data protection laws may not be as strong outside 

the EEA as they are in the EEA. Yes, but only on a small scale and we try to make sure they only contain information you wouldn't want to miss!
